Refund Policy — Sweiomagazinfal

Due to the nature of edible products, refunds and returns are limited.

1. Non‑Returnable Items

• Opened packages
• Partially consumed sweets
• Customized mix boxes
• Personalized gift boxes
• Items damaged after delivery
• “Taste preference” issues

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only when:

• The wrong product was delivered
• The order was severely damaged upon arrival
• The delivery was not completed
• Weight discrepancy exceeds 10%
• Significant product quality issue is proven

Photo evidence must be provided within 1 hour of receiving the order.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only within 15 minutes after submission. Once preparation begins, cancellation is not possible.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
